Your Agreement with Our Platform

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Your Responsibilities

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is 50,000 PKR per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your m999game wallet instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes.
• m999game reserves the right to request evidence of the funding source for any deposit at its discretion.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• m999game targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Actual times may vary.
• m999game reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests that exceed normal transaction patterns.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where m999game has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Gaming Rules, Fair Play & Technical Issues

All games available on m999game are provided by third-party certified game studios including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others. Each game operates under specific rules published within the game interface. By participating in any game on m999game, you agree to be bound by the rules of that specific game as displayed.

Random Number Generation

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on m999game — including slots, table game software versions, and arcade games — use RNG systems that have been independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. m999game does not and cannot alter game outcomes after the RNG has been initialised. Results are final and binding upon game completion.

Live Casino Games

Live dealer games including Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo are conducted by real human dealers in certified studio environments. Live game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and are broadcast unedited in real time. In the event of a live game disconnection mid-hand, m999game's technical logs will be used to determine the outcome. The decision of m999game's technical team in such matters is final.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that causes an incorrect game result, m999game reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered PKR amount to the player's account. m999game shall not be obligated to pay out winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of m999game and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on m999game and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using multiple accounts on m999game under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to use m999game for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, whether in live casino games, sports betting, or any other format.

8. Responsible Gaming

m999game is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players on the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful when not approached with appropriate awareness and self-regulation. m999game provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on the amount you can deposit into your m999game account.
• Wagering Limits — Restrict the total PKR amount you can wager within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play to encourage breaks.

m999game's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by you into your m999game account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The m999game Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While m999game makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any downtime, service interruption, or data loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, power outages, or regulatory actions.

11. Data Collection & Privacy

m999game collects, stores, and processes personal data from players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://m999game.games/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept m999game's Privacy Policy.

The personal data we collect includes, but is not limited to: your Pakistan mobile number, name, date of birth, CNIC information provided for KYC purposes, payment account details, transaction history, IP address, device identifiers, and gameplay records. 12. Account Suspension & Termination

Where an account is suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms, m999game reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance in the account. Where an account is closed by the player's own request (other than for self-exclusion), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms
